Individual sessions

If the group sessions you attend with us are useful but you still feel the need to explore certain areas of your life further, we can work with you individually.

Through non-judgemental, active listening, we will guide you and facilitate your wish to move forward and achieve a sense of balance in your everyday life.

Our aim is to help you uncover your underlying issues by using effective open questioning, coupled with NLP techniques, in order to help you better visualise and overcome those unexpected challenges that sometimes life can throw at us.
