Gabriela Baldi is the Co-Founder of Sunbeam for Life.
After graduating, she has spent several years of her professional career in marketing and communication within the fashion industry and she also challenged herself as commercial real estate entrepreneur managing her own real estate firm.
Since she was a child, Gabriela has developed a passionate desire for supporting others and encouraging empathy between friends and strangers alike.
Gabriela has focused on parents as a niche group, where she feels a true need lies, as often parents are required to be the pillars of their families and feel constantly overwhelmed and alone in their journey.
In her professional life Gabriela has become more curious about Mental Health as an issue and has realised the importance of making sure that one’s Mental Health is looked after in the same way as one’s physical wellbeing.
Gabriela has now turned the process of supporting individuals into her life’s mission, aiming to close the gap between where parents find themselves and where they would like to be. She also aims to break the negative stigma attached to Mental Health. Gabriela’s approach is to help others move forward in life in the best, most-balanced way possible with a traveller companion, who understands them and is a non-judgmental listener. This, in turn, will introduce a ‘protector factor’ in a person’s life and allow them to face difficult life issues now, rather than postponing them and possibly having to fix a disorder later.
Gabriela has enrolled at the Coaching Academy, where she became a Personal Performance Life Coach and a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner and where she got a Coaching Diploma within Education.
Originally from Italy, Gabriela has been living in London for the past twenty years with her husband Daniele and their three children Beatrice, Ludovico and Leonardo.
Gabriela attended the German School in Milan and has a bachelor degree in Communication Science and Public Relations.

Greta Rosin-Henrion is the Co-Founder of Sunbeam for Life.
With previous experience in International Recruitment and Human Resources, Greta has always enjoyed looking after people and helping them find the right life path, accompanying them in their career choices.
Like most people, Greta has had her own challenges in life. It was during those times that she discovered the importance of positive mental health and decided to invest in her own personal development by undergoing extensive training and qualifying as a Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programmer and Master Neuro Linguistic Programmer as well as becoming a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aider.
Greta’s wish now is to apply these skills to empower other parents by encouraging them to embark on their own journey of self-discovery with a focus on looking after their Mental Health the way they do their physical health. It is her strong hope that by so doing these parents will then be in a position to support others around them.
Greta particularly enjoys working with groups and the satisfaction she derives from bringing people together and seeing them learn and develop over time through sharing and interacting with others.
Greta is committed, passionate and a strong mental health and wellbeing advocate. She has a strong belief that we can all, as parents, take a step towards breaking the stigma around mental health by opening up and helping each other in time of need.
Based in London and having lived in Italy and Belgium in the past, and with a Degree in Languages, she speaks four languages and she can practise in English, Italian and French.
Married to her husband Jerome since 1997, Greta is also the mother of three amazing children and is very familiar with the challenges of parenthood and dealing with all stages of childhood and adolescence, as well as understanding the patience and juggling ability that are required to find a successful balance between family and work commitments.
